Adult ADHD and Lifestyle Medicine

  • Currently, I do not work through insurance providers – consultations are exclusively self-funded.

  • We do not provide interpreter services.

    We do not provide home visits. Patients need to visit the clinic. Virtual consultations are provided.

    • Adult ADHD appointments for assessment, diagnosis and medicine prescribing.

    • Lifestyle medicine appointments – For all adult individuals whether they have ADHD or not.

    • Adults aged 18 and above, from any gender or background, who may have ADHD or already have ADHD diagnosis but want to start medicine.

    • Any adults who may not have any current health issues but want to stay well, prevent problems like diabetes, heart disease, or obesity, and work towards their best health.

    • Individuals living with long-term conditions such as high blood pressure, diabetes, digestive problems, ongoing fatigue, widespread pain, poor sleep, weight concerns, anxiety, or depression who want to have lifestyle advice.

  • Appointments are available for patients who are in the UK during their consultation.

  • We provide in-person consultations and virtual appointments as appropriate.

Child and Adolescence ADHD, Autism & Other Neurodevelopmental Conditions

  • Currently, I do not work through insurance providers – consultations are exclusively self-funded.

  • No home visits. Children need to brought to the clinic. However, virtual consultations are provided as appropriate.

  • No interpreter service provided.

  • Our service does not include participation in appeal or tribunal hearings, court appearances, multidisciplinary discussions, or school meetings.

    • ADHD assessments, diagnosis and prescribing medicine and follow up, up to the age of 18.

    • ADHD medication management – if you already have a diagnosis from elsewhere and want to start ADHD medicine.

    • Developmental Coordination Disorder (Dyspraxia) assessments – to explore difficulties with movement and coordination.

    • Autism assessments – providing a careful, supportive evaluation.

    • Tics and Tourette’s Syndrome

  • Yes, these can be arranged when appropriate. However, at least one face-to-face consultation is required to allow for a proper physical examination.
