Dr Rashmi Sharma

GP with Special Interest in Adult ADHD and Certified Lifestyle Medicine Physician

Dr Rashmi Sharma is a highly experienced UK-based doctor with over 25 years of medical experience in the UK and internationally. She combines strong clinical expertise with a compassionate, patient-centred approach.

She has worked as a General Practitioner in the UK for over 15 years and holds MRCGP from the Royal College of General Practitioners (RCGP). Her broad GP background allows her to take a comprehensive and balanced approach to Adult ADHD, considering both mental and physical health, as well as co-existing conditions.

Dr Sharma also holds MRCOG from the Royal College of Obstetricians and Gynaecologists (RCOG) and has over a decade of experience in women’s health. This expertise is particularly valuable in the assessment and management of Adult ADHD in women, where symptoms may be influenced by hormonal changes, reproductive health, and life stages such as menstruation, pregnancy, and menopause. She integrates this understanding into personalised ADHD care for female patients.

Adult ADHD is a special clinical interest for Dr Sharma, and she now provides Adult ADHD assessments and ongoing management, with a strong emphasis on accurate diagnosis, safe prescribing, and individualised treatment plans.

In addition, Dr Sharma is a Certified Lifestyle Medicine Physician (BSLM / IBLM), enabling her to support adults with ADHD through evidence-based lifestyle interventions alongside medical treatment, to improve focus, emotional regulation, energy levels, and overall wellbeing.

Dr Sharma adopts a holistic and collaborative approach, working closely with each patient to develop sustainable, personalised care plans that support long-term health and quality of life.
