With over 25 years of medical experience in the UK and abroad, Dr Rashmi Sharma combines a wealth of knowledge with a deeply compassionate approach to patient care.
She has a strong foundation in women’s health, with a decade of experience in Obstetrics and Gynaecology and formal training in Family Planning. Dr Sharma earned her MD in Obstetrics and Gynaecology in Nepal, followed by further specialist training in the UK, where she obtained MRCOG from the Royal College of Obstetricians and Gynaecologists (RCOG) UK. She also holds a Diploma in Family Planning from the Faculty of Sexual and Reproductive Healthcare (FSRH) UK.
For the past 15+ years, she has worked as a General Practitioner in the UK, achieving MRCGP from the Royal College of General Practitioners (RCGP). In her GP practice, she provides personalised, attentive, and comprehensive care to patients of all ages.
In 2021, Dr Sharma became a Certified Lifestyle Medicine Physician through the British Society of Lifestyle Medicine (BSLM) and the International Board of Lifestyle Medicine (IBLM). This additional expertise enables her to help patients prevent illness, manage long-term conditions, and enhance overall wellbeing through practical, evidence-based lifestyle changes.

With over 30 years of experience as a Paediatrician, Dr Paras Sharma is widely recognised for his expertise, compassion, and innovative approach in supporting children with neurodevelopmental needs.

Dr Sharma has extensive experience in assessing and managing a wide range of conditions, including Autism, ADHD, Dyspraxia, tics, Tourette Syndrome, and sleep difficulties. His deep understanding comes from decades of hands-on clinical work.
